Want to look cute in winter, but frost is not an option? I would say not to let the clothes pass for now. Dresses are the perfect piece of clothing, no matter what time of year. All dresses are a fair game in the colder months, you just need to know how to comb them. And that’s why I’ll give you five of my proven advice. You do not want to see in the off-season, that’s for sure. This is not going to happen ! Does a mini dress make you freak out? No reason to do this. Scroll down to find out why.
Vests are as popular as ever – available in a variety of lengths and fabrics (even bouffant vests – an inexpensive vest here) – and look great with dresses. They face each other perfectly, without any of them stealing the spotlight. Another option for wearing dresses in winter is the choice of superimposing dresses from oversized long coats instead of shortened versions. Wool, sheepskin, faux fur, padded or cashmere – you name it. Long coats are not only extremely elegant, and effortless and make everything better, they also protect you from the elements. Even if you are wearing a mini dress like I am in this photo (I think I need to show my legs more, I loved this look!)!
You can always wear your spring sleeveless dress in winter, you just need to wear a warm heattech turtleneck under it or a woolen sweater over it. Or both, in fact! And then your coat.
Look at your dress as if it were a blank canvas and “use your personality as a brush,” as Carla Rockmore puts it.
The winter dress is not much different from the autumn dress, it is enough to add extra weight and / or fabric. Think of sweater-like materials, wool (it is an integral insulator, it is light, but durable), cashmere (really delicate), flannel (it keeps heat well and is sufficiently breathable), tweed, shearling, mohair (exceptionally soft). Dresses that look like hugs-pretty much. Get to know Kashmir and you will never want to get out of it again. This material ticks all the boxes of a special purchase that is destined to last forever. If you are looking for an investment coin, this is it. He will never go out of fashion. I talked a lot about this in my last youtube video.
Colors and prints
There are no forbidden colors for the winter, no (we talked about this, remember?). But, if you ask me about my favorites for the cold season, I would say jewelry shades-green, blue and bordeaux. Also, do not hesitate to print, they are perfect to add an extra playful look to your look. The print appears under the coat, creating a cool cuckoo moment.
Shoes and accessories
Be smart in your choice of shoes. Knee-high boots are perfect for winter! These extra inches of material will certainly protect your ankle and your legs. The same applies to boots with thick soles, removing them as far as possible from the frozen ground. In addition, I almost forgot – what about tights? The most fun and also inexpensive addition to your winter wardrobe. Different tights-different clothes. And they also come in wool, so lace is not an option for them.
